Online Moon Goddess Ceremonies

Women have always gathered during the lunar cycles... it's a potent time to pause, reflect, raise your energy and tune into your inner wisdom. 

WHAT IS A MOON GODDESS CEREMONY?

You'll join other like minded women in an ONLINE circle and deeply connect to yourself through a guided meditation, shared theme and group reiki. You will journal, releasing the old and leaving space for the new. 

* Each person will be smudged and cleared of any negative energy at the opening of the ceremony

* Guided meditation

* Group Reiki will be performed during the ceremony

* A group oracle card will be shared during each ceremony

* A shared theme will be discussed in relation to what each woman needs to know.

* An altar will be designed for each themed ceremony from where I hold the ceremony and I encourage each woman to create their own altar to amplify the healing. (see tips for this below)

* Subtle music will be played to suit the theme of each ceremony to help deepen your meditative state 

HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER?

Connected, relaxed and ready for a deep sleep.  You will gain access to your inner guidance and the releasing cosmic nature of the full moon will allow you to let go of any unwanted old patterns or negativity and start fresh! I've designed this session late at night so you can just sink into a great night's sleep fully relaxed and ready to let the Moon Healing support you. 

HOW LONG DOES IT GO FOR?

Each ceremony will go for 1 hour so its important to log onto Zoom and test you can hear me through your audio 5 mins before to get ready to start on time! We start at 7:30pm till 8:30pm. 

HOW DO I SET UP MY SPACE?

To get the most out of the ceremony, I suggest setting up a space with the below tips.

* A quiet space (if you live with other people, popping a quiet sign on the door)

* You can lay or sit in your bedroom / living space 

* You can use a yoga mat and lay or sit on it 

* I suggest giving yourself any props to make you feel extra comfortable: pillows, a bolster, rugs (your body does drop during meditation so staying warm is important) 

* Some people love an eye mask to block out light and the senses so they can just listen to me.

* Water 

* A Journal and pen (or paper and pen) 

* Dim lighting or candlelight 

Setting up your own Altar: Pop a crystal, a candle, a piece of jewellery or talisman that means something to you, a photo or an oracle card. Choose some things of meaning and place them near you. If in bed, on your bedside table. If you're on a yoga mat, at the top of your mat. Do what feels good for you. 

** Remember if you have a phone (and you're not using it for the Zoom session) to have it one aeroplane mode or turned off).
